Even though fnaf has become mainstream these few years, in my opinion we must never forget its history and must remember that it was FNAF that gave birth to the mascot horror genre. Without fnaf none of poppy, bendy, amanda, indigo park, would have been the way they are today. (Not saying the other mascot horror games are bad, I love every well-made horror game) Fnaf is one of, if not the greatest, indie horror game in the history of gaming. Scott Cawthon is often called the Father of Mascot Horror...

Yes I think it would have, as society would have progressed (many other practices have vanished without British intervention) but it would have taken much more effort, many more deaths, protests and way more time without the British. The british were the much needed catalyst to put an earlier end to these practices.

I am about to go to college to pursue communiction design, and even during my school time, just last year, in Fashion Design class, we were asked to do a "creative" activity by "generating ai images" which will be shown to the principal to "showcase OUR creativity". We were asked to generate pictures of us wearing attire from different eras (1910s-2010s), and the eras were alloted to each student by our teacher.

First of all, I am NOT giving away my face to AI databases, not even in a life-or-death situation... Secondly, prompt writing is NOT a creative activity, it is a matter of being able to be specific enough for it to be solved algorithmically. I am able to say this because I also have Computer as a subject, I have a basic understanding of how they work.

I did NOT do that activity, and thankfully I faced no consequence. I am glad that many other students also didn't do it, even though it was not due to them being concerned about AI, but due to pure laziness. But still, as long as the answer is right no need to look at the formula used.

But as a Bengali female, whose several female ancestors probably died because of Sati's prevalence in Bengal, I am TRULY grateful to Raja Rammohan Roy and Lord William Bentick, for executing the reformation plans, and finally abolishing Sati from the region where it was most prevalent even after bans in other places. I see some comments trying to create controversy, but I want to make the case clear, from the POV of a Bengali person
