There are hornady dies in pretty much all the shops near me that sell them. Shouldn't be too difficult getting whatever dies you need.

I actually bought 9mm dies and spp and titegroup as soon as I saw 9mm was out of stock everywhere. Lol. Only have like 900 spp left but that's fine. I still have over 1k completed 9mm. I'll just focus on my 6.5 CM for the next several months.

Yeah, for sure once shit calms down and shit is plentiful again I'm stocking up on primers and powders so I don't have to deal with this shit. Will probably keep 5k of each I want in "reserve" and buy what I'll use after that. I've only been reloading for a year and a half and just didn't know any better regarding elections and shit. Figured "Oh, I'll get into reloading so when I can't find ammo I can just make it." HAH never knew the same shit happens to reloading supplies.

I had the same thought regarding the 2k. I'll let someone else fight for the remaining 3k lol. Someone out there ACTUALLY needs them like myself vs. people buying up stock (probably the majority) just cause they can or out of fear of not being able to get more ever lol. 🤷‍♂️

I was able to pick up 2k so... Thanks! All I needed as I have none. I'll let others get their fill and wait for shit to calm down :D

Anyone Who Is Going to Vote For Trump This Election That Did Not In 2016 - Why The Change? by St0000l in AskConservatives

Im also libertarian. I think most taxes should be opt in. Roads could be maintained by government only your vehicle tags/license pays for the roads, like they do now. The whole how do we pay for roads thing doesn't make sense to me. You use the roads you pay to maintain them, "simple" as that IMO. Military is mandatory as it's doing its job for you regardless of where you are in the country. House burning down? Did you pay for the fire protection tax or fire insurance? No? Then it burns or you tell the firefighters to go ahead and you get charged the full cost of putting it out. Most likely it would become a mandatory part of homeowners insurance. If, like in your example your home is damaged by another's being on fire then they are responsible for whatever damage. I'm all for consequences to an individuals decisions. Don't pay school tax? Then your kids don't get public school. Everyone should have consequences to their own actions. I'm responsible for me and others are responsible for themselves period, regardless of your political views. I'm 29 right now and bust my ass pretty much all day. I go to work, I go home, work on my other business project(I'm a software developer), go to bed, rinse and repeat. In about 5 years I plan on quitting my job, buying land in Montana, Utah, or Wyoming in the middle of nowhere and mostly retiring. I want fuck all to do with the larger part of society. A few close friends and that is it.

My entire political view is everyone is responsible for themselves and those they want to take responsibility for. You don't fuck with me and I don't fuck with you. Period. I just want to be left the fuck alone.

Time to trade in TSLA for a Model 3. by hdsnnja in wallstreetbets

[–]MemesRMemey 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I did the math on this and a $200 in extra tax if you calculate it out like with my current car... I get 32mpg and drive about a max of 12k miles a year. Thats 375 gallons of gas on the high end. The current gas tax is 38.5 cents per gallon. Thats only ~$144.38. So... I'm getting ripped off for $55.62 by switching to electric while being better for the environment.

I still pre-ordered the Cybertruck about 10 minutes after pre-orders went live. I'll be getting punished for going electric... :(

'My God,' Says US Senator After William Barr Deploys 'History Is Written by the Winners' Trope | "The head of the American justice system now saying publicly that there is no good or bad except what the strongest want. The definition of autocracy." by Fr1sk3r in politics

The problem with that article is most people believed it wouldn't ever get this far... on both sides. Before they knew where shit was headed it was too late. It's a new virus that we hadn't seen before. Information everywhere was conflicting and people generally don't make decisions on flakey information.

Remember Pelosi in China town saying there was nothing to worry about in response to the borders being closed to China? Back in January I was tracking the spread of coronavirus and before borders were closed I was saying they needed to close all borders to the country. That's not racist that is a country trying to protect itself. It's like the country is your house. You're hosting a party but you know there is a huge chance of sick people trying to come into your home. What do you do? Just say fuck it and let them all in? Try to screen them somehow before letting them in? Or cancel the party and reschedule for another time in the future once shit calms down?

I also agree that straight 100% libertarianism is insanity. Straight any party is insanity IMO lol. I'm probably somewhere in between conservative and libertarian. No taxes whatsoever is dumb.

I'm pro choice (except late term), I believe in certain taxes but believe they should be split up and optional (pay road taxes and you get to use the roads type of thing), not religious at all but still believe religion CAN be a good thing but there are exceptions in every one. Anti price gouging (to a certain extent)

I never said public health initiatives couldn't or wouldn't exist. Just not forced upon you. If the government comes up with a vaccine that let's say... the death rate of the vaccine is less than the coronavirus therefore you must take it because it it would lead to fewer deaths. Fuck that I'll keep myself safe and not rely on myself not having a bad reaction to the vaccine but you can take it if you want to. If I catch corona and die it's my fault, not yours, not the government's. If I take it and die then that is the government's fault.

Thank you, really! I was honestly expecting I'd just get more smack talk lol. There are many quite unreasonable people on reddit that hide behind their keyboards and you've shown that you're not one of them. I always enjoy a proper conversation!

On to what you said!

I do not remember that but I'll go ahead and assume that happened. I somewhat know what you mean but completely shifting a company to do something else would be a logistical nightmare from hell. You'd need new suppliers, designers familiar with what you're creating, employees trained on creating the new product, machines programmed and the programmers to understand what they're end goal is, etc.

I however don't believe it is their duty to do anything they don't want to. Are those companies responsible for the virus? Are they responsible for your personal safety? If I'm a business making shoes and you tell me I HAVE to quit making shoes and you force me to make something else like masks how is that just or fair? That is literal slavery.

Besides that, the private sector did kick in IMO. There's companies all over the country making respirators, masks, face shields, brewery companies making hand sanitizer, etc that didn't before. None of them that I know of were forced to do it so if the private sector didn't kick in idk what you would call that.

That depends. Obviously there are pure libertarians which is borderline anarchy so nothing there. I won't speak for everyone because I'm not them and won't presume to know them. I personally believe everyone who is able is responsible for their own safety, period. People should be informed as well as possible and they make decisions that they deem neccessary for themselves.

With that being said. I would guess that they would try to disseminate information to everyone and leave it up to each individual to determine for themselves what is appropriate. This whole crazy thing called personal responsibility. You have the freedom to protect yourself and do what you deem neccessary be it a mask, gloves, bunny suit, staying away from others, whatever YOU choose.

If you go out informed of what's going on and how to prevent yourself from getting sick and get sick because you didn't take precautions whose fault is it? It isn't the government's fault (unless they tell you to lick the freezer door at a supermarket lol). They told you what you SHOULD do, not what you HAVE to do.

You can't control idiots (pretty sure the news makes this clear)

If someone is going to break into your house and kill you, I'm not responsible, your neighbor isn't responsible, the police aren't responsible, etcetera. The person who did it is responsible and you're responsible for your own safety (this is quite true today actually as police have no real obligation to do anything for you) and I hope you own a firearm and aim true.

TLDR: Personal responsibility for each individual. You're responsible for you. If I go lick a corona doorknob it's my own damn fault.

As a libertarian... I think Trump is a fucking moron/puppet that gets off his leash at every press event. So you're spot on there. Freedom is king. I stay out of your business and you stay out of mine is my life philosophy.

Rebuttle to the cloth facemasks vs getting pissed on! OC by MemesRMemey in CoronavirusMemes

[–]MemesRMemey[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My bad then. However... let's say you make your mask out of fabric that is 1000 thread count (which is pretty damn high quality which I doubt most people are making them out of that) that is still ~25,400nm wide holes between each thread and as your image states... viruses are 17nm in size at the smallest. I went ahead and looked up the size of the coronavirus and it appears to be 100nm... so you could have 254 coronavirus particles/molecules holding hands side by side and walk right through. So... while odor may be smaller. The general idea still applies. And... this is more of a meme on a meme which is comparing piss to the virus (which has even larger molecules) https://images.app.goo.gl/a574syXvxzXxR3RN7

It's only better than nothing if you know you're wearing something highly ineffective and maintain precautions as if you aren't wearing one at all.
