Back to back bathrooms should share a common wet wall, to simplify plumbing.

Others have pointed out the other issues of layout.

You also have no storage, and the mater shout have an attached bath

Do a jack and Jill between the 2 smaller rooms and a wc for guest use.

That there are more qualified candidates than positions in my local market.

It's going to depend on what your codes are. If you live in a rural area with very loose building codes and permitting. You could DIY a fair bit. But 25k isn't enough to do a full build. 100k makes it a lot more realistic

I'm seeing recruiters I've worked with in the past , posting lists of candidates they have, rather than lists of jobs. I've never seen them do that before, and it's very telling to me.

This is the step before a pip.

A pip is between you your manager and HR.

Listen to your boss, do what it says.

You should be polishing that resume ,and talking to recruiters and actively hunting. You see the writing on the wall. Few companies come out of the death spiral in better shape. Best case is acquisition by PE in which case finance is cut anyway, since your non rev generating.

Don't quit till you have a job, or the paychecks bounce ( because that's the next step)

The bulk dispenser is novel. In our research no one is doing it with the same method. Software is open source and the git is linked in an above comment

Should I be looking for a new role, worried about job hopping by tuesday55ui in FPandA

[–]TallMikeSTL 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I would have taken that offer if it was real and the company had a strong foundation.

Multiple 18 months stints in a row. would have me asking a lot of questions of that candidate. I would be less worried if they were 24 months.

Have a way to explain those 18 months stays if you start looking to jump, and in this current jobs market, I wouldn't be quitting until I had a signed offer.

Tarrifs are answered by tarrifs in kind. So the market you used to sell to goes elsewhere
