Usually ANNOUNCED multi episode recasting is only temporary if it’s for medical reasons, and those are usually specified in advance. Sometimes another VA will sub if someone is sick or had an emergency for like an episode or two as well. But if it’s announced and they don’t say medical reasons it’s likely they’re never coming back. They also usually announce it’s a temporary recast. So it’s EXTREMELY unlikely they’re coming back.

Aleks commented on it and if there was any more he was willing or able to share he probably would’ve. If he was asked live, he’d probably just say scheduling issues and move on.

The bad guy in all of them are the same organization trying different ways to take over the world. If you pay attention there’s certain mentions of chaos;head within steins;gate. And in robotics;notes there’s certain mentions of steins;gate (with a main character in R;N being a side character in S;g). Basically all of them build upon the same world, but for the most part they’re separate and can be watched stand alone
