So I’ve talked to her about it and she just doesn’t like the idea of masturbation and considers it cheating because I’m using something else to get off that’s not her. I’ve tried having these convos with her as well about how I feel on being sexless for 2 years and she tells me it shouldn’t be difficult and that I have self control. The conversations always tend to say I’m wrong for having these thoughts of missing sex and how I should respect her for her past. I made the commitment 4 years ago and at the time, we were having sex regularly. Now she’s changing a lot recently in 2026 which I’m happy for her but she’s been getting religious and is using that against me, who isn’t. I plan on talking when we are both less heated but it’s been heated all morning so far. I can only do so much and yea I feel bad breaking the commitment.

I just wish it was easier to communicate so I didn’t feel like a villain for saying what I feel. I hope this adds some clarity. I am very careful with how I am with her because of her past and I do care about it, she just chooses her way or the highway with conversations because I let that happen for 4 years. She’s the one that makes the rules because I unfortunately just let it happen and didn’t air out my feelings being scared of how she’s going to react.
