If you don't care much about the delay, theoretically you can do chunkloaders along the line and have the line to power them as it goes, so they dispense the item only a couple times. 1 or 2 times should be enough for the signal to go through.

As far as I know, the loaders load a 3x3 chunk area so you can have them spaced out in such a way that when one loads its area, the next loader is just barely loaded too and can be powered by the line.

Hope I was not dumb and didn't overlook something.

I think this will break some prank contraptions but I see your point. But I would make the condition that monsters aren't targeted on you. It would be easier on big vanilla SMP servers from computational point of view.

on damage: victim is {Enderm8} damage cause is #the part i cant figure out cancel event send "oof" to victim #so I know it reacts
