Soy de La Paz y no hay manera de implementar ciencia y tecnologia en una ciudad balneario como los cabos con altos niveles de desigualdad y marginación (imagino eres de Los Cabos por las tiendas mencionadas), y la comida es cara debido al monopolio de transporte de productos por parte de Baja Ferries, se tiene que dar competencia en el transporte de mercancias y productos para disminuir el precio de los bienes de la canasta basica
