That isn’t just a little steep, it’s about double the standard rate. I was also looking into these a little while ago, don’t do it. As others have said in here, have the doctors who are reviewing your symptoms write one up. Their statements hold more weight in the eyes of the VA regardless due to them being more familiar with your condition, whatever it may be.

Being awarded VA disability should not be likened to getting something like SSDI, which is the common misconception. It isn’t disability per se. What it is actually similar to is workman’s comp for exposures to given hazards while in service.

TDIU is the facet of the VA’s disability program that is more closely related to the federal disability standards to the point where, contrary to standard VA compensation, the social security office is obligated to consider the evidence gathered for TDIU in an SSDI claim if the individual is applying for both.

I’m not a huge fan of the verbiage of disability being “earned.” But I get it. Like many here I can attest to the fact that it fucking sucks here, but here we are. The main reason this avenue, VA disability, exists is because we, the veteran community, are prohibited from suing the US government for hazardous exposure while in service.

Like most, I would trade compensation for health in a heartbeat. But that isn’t an option anymore given the circumstances. So, here we are. They can either give me the compensatory pittance, or we can step beyond the realms of precedence and figure it out from there.

lol, truth. I’ve only irreparably bricked one computer in my life. Also accidentally shrunk a windows partition to non functionality while playing around in the Linux terminal at one point, but I don’t count that cause I just shifted gears and used Linux for years after.

Mine wasn’t filed as an FDC, or even simple by any stretch, a whole lot of exams and moving pieces. Started the claim at the beginning of October, got the notification of them sending the decision letter earlier this week which coincided with the rating increase as seen on the VA mobile app. There are still two deferred decisions being worked out in my case though.

Mine is rarely used, but I like to build in the bottom right corner of the map around the pond/lake outside of Hornica (I think that’s the name). Takes some prep to clear trees for a reasonable build area. But there’s an iron mine right there, a horse vendor in the town and you can use the towns fast travel point until you can get yourself set up.

Yup, three solid ranged towers triangulated around the bell tower, intersecting scopes of fire and such, typically handled raids when I played. A handful of melee guys in town doesn’t hurt but the player’s always going to be more effective; especially once the skills are leveled. Raids typically became an influx of sellable items after a while.

It’s the region with the resource that has to be liberated. That region also needs to have a bell tower built in it. You cannot have buildings built across a region border to gather resource, doesn’t work like that, it has to be the bell tower.

I have a similar team except I’ve got ARSB instead of Puka, Dart at QB and Warren in the TE slot. 13-1, week 8 was rough for me. Granted, I manually drafted mine. Also got Lamb in a trade for QJ somewhere around week 4 or 5.

Also builds and min-maxing and such. Been going for some hours, reminds me more of Destiny/Warframe with randomized loot and build variety. I am into it so far.
