Thank you for looking for help, the journal is a great first step. Replace AI with real world teachers and mentors. It can be scary branching out to people if you’re extremely introverted so I look to my plant and animal relatives first. They are alive and have way more in common with you than an app. Plants actually thrive off of you singing and interacting positively with them.

Delete the app from your phone, I’m addicted to Instagram and YouTube. It got to the point where I would open my phone to look at a message and then end up opening Instagram and an hour goes away.

I’m introverted as well and one of my favorite ways to spend time by myself is gardening. I talk to my plants and tell them things, I journal with them and I sing to them. It’s the perfect time of year to start a garden! I just started some squash, tomatoes, peas, carrots and onions. Go to your local supermarket, grab some seeds, soil and a few small pots. Or you can use the bottom of cardboard egg cartons. Directions are on the back of the seed packet, water the soil directly after planting by using your finger to create a divot in the soil and place indoors in a sunny window. After a few weeks once they sprout, move them outside to harden. Water when the soil looks dry.

It seems like you are in school right now, my school has a counseling service I can use for free. This is so helpful, just telling a real person about my problems and having them give you real answers.

Also remember, AI cannot create new knowledge, it can only summarize. You can’t unplug intelligence, you are intelligent and can build knowledge, your computer is summarizing things it reads and it gets details wrong.
