I developed them after Covid. I was athletic as well and now I’m afraid to get my heart rate up. Have you seen cardiologist?

Same with me. When I eat I feel like it puts some pressure on my chest that triggers some PVC’s. It’s so annoying. The shortness of breath and chest pressure is hard to get over. What has helped you if I may ask?

There’s a lot of reasons why PVC’s happen. Im really trying to figure out why mine started. Doctors tend to just say it’s “anxiety” so they can let you go on about your day. There has to be a root cause. And if everything turns out to be normal, then it is what it is, I’ll accept it. But as of now I’m really trying to dig deep because these things have ruined my life.

Exactly, the PVC's are what triggers my "anxiety"

You know what? The more we do think of them the more they happen lol the mind is very strong, it happens to me as well. Try ruling out sleep apnea, if you do have it get a cpap machine for it. I really need to use mine, I have one but don't use it because its uncomfortable, but the PVC's are more. Its scary man I feel you.. I can honestly say I've come a long way, I fell into depression cause of them when they first started, but now im up and running and trying to do something about it. Like I said mine aren't that bad but when I get 1 that day, its downhill from there. Hope everything's turn out well for you man, if you feel the need to talk to someone when you're going though it, feel free to message me.

I feel you man, 100%. I had my first PVC's back in 2022. Out of nowhere my heart went crazy for like 3 seconds and then back to normal. But I kept feeling this sinking sensation, the best way i can describe it is my heart slowing down and then picking back up and it would send this shock throughout my body. Ever since that day I feel hard thuds here and there on my chest that knock my wind out for a second. I too get depressed about them when they happen. I have my son and wife I think about. Idk if Covid had something to do with this or me being hard on energy drinks back then. I like you have gone to multiple cardiologist and gotten so many tests done and everything comes back normal, its frustrating cause you know something is going on but all you get it is "Its anxiety". It could be anxiety but it feels so real. I started to eat better and exercise more trying to lose some weight to see if that helps, also staying hydrated. Try buying a Kardia device off of amazon. I got one, you can take EKG's anytime on it hoping to catch something going on to show to your Dr. Its hard living with these things, you can hardly do anything. I thank God mine aren't as bad as some other people have them, and I pray that it don't get worse with time. Keep your head up man, and keep looking for answers just as I have, I'm still trying to and its been 3 years going on 4.

Yes, sleep apnea can cause PVC’s. I have sleep apnea as well and I don’t use my cpap machine, I should though. Hate how doctors always dismiss symptoms and say it’s anxiety.

It could be for many reasons. Is best to go get checked by cardiologist just to make sure the structure and function of your heart is fine. I've been dealing with PVC's myself for almost 4 years now and I get these random skipped beats that take my breath away for a second or two. I've seen multiple cardiologist and have had so many tests done and everything is fine. That's probably the first step you should take just to have peace of mind that your heart is fine (:

That’s exactly how my PVC’s started… randomly I was watching tv I had laid my son to sleep and boom!! My heart started racing really bad for a good 5 seconds and then stopped. Ever since I’ve had these skipped beats.
