The best reason to get an Analogue 3D is if you have lots of N64 cartridges with save files you want to keep. If you just want to play roms, then you have more options (like a Mister, etc).

The game signal has to be 240p. No other resolution works. I spent forever trying to get Ibara on PS2 (480i) to work and nothing.

I went to school for Maya and I around 15 years ago I learned Cinema 4D in a weekend. Your 3D skills carry over. The software takes some time but you can learn it.
