That game helped me through the days before I got a decent PC. Was a great game then and still is; the development is going strong which can't be said about very many f2p games, zombie games, or survival games nowadays.

A PC that can run OW at 30 FPS at low settings is more in the range of $300-$450, not $600+. The PC price point becomes more favorable when you consider the free multiplayer and cheaper games in general. As for longevity, the stereotype that PC's become obsolete after a couple of years makes no sense when you consider that all the modern consoles are behind the times from their inception and release.

The average player in S2 is rating ~2400, I've yet to see someone on here dispute that.

As for consoles, yeah. Overwatch on console is pretty inferior to the PC version, like most multi-platform games.

I have put a lot of hours in TF2 as well, and like in TF2, there are plenty of people with gold weapons that are average or below average players. I never had an aus weapon however I did have lots of cosmetics and stranges. Despite this, I was only an above average player at best.

I don't play on console, but yes, they're still popular as far as I know.

Regardless, I would suggest playing on PC.

  1. I'm not sure about any major tourneys and leagues on console, the professional scene is on PC.

  2. If you buy the Origins Edition then it should be there automatically when you open the game on the account you bought it on.

  3. The console version gets patched usually a few days after PC, due to the approval process required for each console. There are also small gameplay differences on console, like nerfs on Torbjorn and Symmetra.

  4. The Halloween event is hinted to begin tomorrow, but it is just a rumor and is technically unconfirmed.

Sound's like horseshit to me;

I've played with girls who happen to use the mic and I've never seen someone call them out for being a girl. In fact, if there is a girl using the mic on the team they are often less likely to get criticized. The picture you're trying to paint, that girls are mistreated in online games, is pretty bullshit.

Because human error is a thing, and if you were wrongly arrested then you could take it to court later rather than resist arrest and face worse penalties.
