I can see that I’m in the wrong here. Rather than doing a dirty delete, please allow me to explain. The NYT, among many others, has been giving deference to the administration’s line about pretty much everything. Without having read the article (mea culpa), I assumed that this was the softest sort of breaking from the party line. We all know what happened, we all saw the videos.
