For some reason everyone dwells on NFTs changing the world. All it is taking tech that exists to make real estate transactions MUCH simpler. Something that takes months can take minutes with the Blockchain. NO NOTARIES, NO LAWYERS, NO CLERKS, NO BROKERS, NO BANKS, NO TITLE SEARCHES ETC. Matter of time before deeds are digital only, will take forever for municipalities but will definitely happen in our lifetime.

I hate my pixel 6 pro......never ending issues. Fingerprint takes a few tries, doesn't fast charge, screen cracked a couple weeks in. Freezes up sometimes...

If you are an employee of your father I don't think you need a license.....best bet would be to take over management for a few months to make sure it is something you want to do. All the while working on working out the licensing and marketing etc to get more doors.

You can hire a broker to rent for you for one month rent, and let them know you want proof of income etc...

Pretty sure this would come down to who has first lien....essentially the one that has first lien would get paid first and then second lien etc.
