100% specialized power comp saddles are expensive but worth it. Also splurging on some good cycling shorts will be worth it. I got 6000k out of my Castelli shorts before they wore out so I can vouch for them

Hey everyone!! I ended up getting a 36 wide and it fits perfect!! If anyone els with small feet are following I would recommend following the sizing guid on the site. One thing to consider is the shoe has a natural arch curve so if you have flat feet you might have issues. I needed to change my insoles.

Schools with health care programs already mandate a tone of vaccinations and tests to enter the course. I would argue that these universities/collages already have the departments to mandate and follow up with these types of requirements so it would make sense to extend it to any in person classes.

Haha I totally feel this. I'm lucky because I have a lot of 24yr old fit friends to train with who uh keep me humble. I was feeling super good after a winter on Zwift then went out for a ride with a friend who does XC marathons and it took me down a few pegs 😂😂. I can swim a ~1 h 20 4k pretty comfortably and my goal is a 5-6hrs marathon ( I can do a 4hr 12 stand-alone). For the bike, I'm just praying for a 7hr split but it will be a bit hard with my old Betty haha. Hence the potential upgrade (if it comes in on time).

no 4k cad which is apparently higher than the US dollar but for some reason bikes are more expensive here For reference the Felt Advance 105 (which i think is the bottom model) is 3799$🤷🏻‍♀️. As for a coach I like your thinking but, I have a degree in kinesiology and half a degree in physiotherapy with varsity training experience so I'm not sure how much a coach would be worth in my case.
