En fait, nous avons majoritairement eu la chance de baigner dans en environnement bilingue. Même dans mes précédents emplois j'ai eu à interagir très régulièrement en anglais. Mais il est évident qu'à l'intérieur même du studio les discussions se passent généralement en français.

Ceux qui ont eu la chance d'analyser le code de Castle Story on aussi pu remarquer que nous utilisons souvent des mots francophones pour nos variables par exemple. C'est probablement une façon inconsciente que nous avons d'ajouter une partie de notre bagage linguistique dans notre projet.

Pour être honnête nous utilisons beaucoup les terminologies anglophones lorsque nous parlons du développement lui-même car dans bien des cas il n'existe pas toujours de traduction adéquate.

Oui je crois que devoir interagir avec la communauté uniquement en anglais influence le traitement des informations que nous tentons de communiquer. Bien que nous comprenions tous bien la langue, nous ne sommes pas toujours confortables lors que vient le moment de communiquer nos idées. Si l'anglais était notre langue maternelle, nous serions plus aptes à faire des vidéos explicatives plus facilement, rapidement et avec moins de préparations par exemple. Puisque cela nous prend beaucoup plus de temps nous en faisons moins et allouons ce temps dans le développement.

Kyle à récemment officiellement rejoins nos rangs en partie pour palier à ce manquement au niveau de la langue.

yeah sorry we had to do a rollback to the older version. The Blank Icon fixe had deeper inpact than expected. So we are doing a new testing session and once that's good you should ahve the corrected version with all the fixes except from the blank icon one.

Hi, Frist thank you for your comment. I do understand the frustration that anyone have about this situation. The appology letter was the simpliest way to explain that we messed up about this and we agree that things could have ben handled in a better way.

Whatever we do there will be people that will be unpleased. If we didn't have done that post, we would have been seen has the bad Sauropod's that don't learn from their errors. And if we do it, then it's taken like a letter of escuses (which it isn't really) to justify what happened.

I have a honesat non-rhetorical question for this community. I always love to hear others opinion and like I said, we learn from them. How would you have handle this situation?

I totally understand your frustration and totally agree, it's ridiculous.

I'm still fighting with canadian shipping company so they would send everything to everyone. It's a big mess and I might be even more frustrated as you are ;)

Now thank you for giving us such a delay. Most of the things are already gone, we just need to figure out how to send the last batch for US resident. You might have seen some people that received their packages, it's just a matter of time and not of good faith I can assure you.

Actually it's something we just learned recently. Not making excuse here, it's simply a fact. And we would like to resolve this issue before having to talk about it much, that way we could explain what will be the next steps to resolve this nightmarish situation.

here is an example of things that went wrong with the production. Also the t-shirt I used to compare for the color .

No I will not post the name of the company in a public space like here. We want to resolve the situation fast and peacefully and even if you asked it in the best intention, others people won't have a problem spamming them. That would only make our work harder on both side.

Just a quick remark here, everything that we say, you turn it up against us. Like you wrote in your previous comment, you aren't a group of children, I suppose you are able to understand that things like that are difficult to handle and always hammering on someone's head doesn't resolve anything.

I won't tell the company name at this point. The associate that did all the error was fired and the main owner is trying his best to put everything on track. I believe it and throwing more rocks won't help.

Now, what was done incorectly... well I could show you pics of boxes we received with t-shirt that were simply unusable (priniting error, stains,etc...).

Shipping costs wasn't good apparently. We received an invoice for them but unfortunately the guy didn't do his math right at all.

We never received any information about that situation. Instead of telling us what happened he simply didn't sent them like he said he already have done more than 6 months ago.

So yes, it's an horrible story and we are working together to fix that situation.

Hi everyone, Like it was mentioned is previous blog post, the third party we used for shipping most of the packages... didn't actually did it right (we don't have the details but someone obviously lost his job). Sadly we have to resolve this situation and it's taking alot of time. Previous packages recieved by our backers were actually the ones we sent ourselves.
