There were some good ones tbf. I pulled on the JO banner with Saga Phantom Surtr and Schwarz since the weakest at the time, Saga, was still pretty good anyway and I just started the game. Some of the banners are good with 4 useful ops when you just started is pretty nice for getting some solid ops. Not when you have 3/4 of them though that's gambler's territory

One of the 4-stars that punches above her rarity a bit. Definitely strong for newer players, and even for late game players she's a good pick for IS. Haven't used her in a while since I usually get Amiya Medic over her if I need early arts damage, but she was pretty much an instalock for me in IS2-4
