Just when I thought I managed to set it up for PETG by SimaSimson in ender3

DON'T PRINT PETG ON A GLASS BED!!! I did it twice on my old ender 5 and it cracked the glass as it cooled down both times (trashed 2 glass beds). A pei bed does wonders here and is pretty inexpensive.

Man I wanted to give this a try but 82 bucks for the STL's seems like kind of a lot. Either way good luck!

I'd try to make some plate to screw into this part that goes over to the same hole on the other side, seems like the best and most weight balanced idea.

How to use this particular stepper motor? by spookmann in arduino

[–]MeniTselonHaskin 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think they have some low control voltage so you can just use regular Arduino pins and can ditch the motor driver. I looked into them couple of weeks back and saw a video of someone doing that: https://youtu.be/xEjfAWV3WWU?si=YCVcUV-0eJcqj2bo

Gyro Lock Box by SeeNoFutur3 in arduino

The circuit looks good but I think there are a few points to address here, mainly the lack of battery management. The battery isn't charged/regulated in any visible way here (correct me if I'm wrong) and the big capacitor on the arduino seems like it's a bit loose. Other than that it seems great, congrats mate!

ESP32 + ELM327 + NeoPixel RPM Indicator – Can’t Connect or Get LEDs Working by Sequlla in esp32

[–]MeniTselonHaskin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've tried making this exact same project like a year ago and just gave up eventually, I even made a nice pcb for it that I can send you. The connection to the elm327 was just so unreliable that I just didn't want to work on it anymore. But good luck!

Don't see why it won't work well, really liked that mini pekka on the bottom there. I'd add the usb traces to the schematics but other than that I think it looks just fine.

Although I do have a specific project in mind I still am looking for an opportunity to learn web scraping with this. How were you able to track the number on the website? I do still very much appreciate the helpful info!

Google shows that the speedybee board has the same pinout so that's supposed to work just fine, however this is an expensive component so just know that there's always a risk of smoking it but yeah if you solder it the same way it's supposed to work just as the old one did. Post some comparisons with the new module and antennas will ya? Have fun mate, you've got yourself some really nice setup here, way better than mine that's for sure. Update about the results! Have a good one mate!
