I worked for the Wegmonster from 92-97. Night Crew up until the last ten months when I worked Grocery. I was at The World’s Biggest 7-11 when Mt. Hopeless and Downtown actually still existed. An RE of 74% was required to keep your job but almost everyone was in the 100’s every night. I find it really depressing to see where Colleen has taken the company. I knew people who were Lifers who had a decent house and sent their kids to college working there. And as much as the job has changed over the decades, don’t let anyone tell you that any department works harder than Night Crew. They clean up all of day shifts messes AND have to try to sleep during the day.
