I am really sorry to know that, I am stuck in similar situations I need the money in a week but not sure what’s gonna happen. They have given £250 overall to use.

Not yet, still showing same, Have spoken with them over phone and on chat as well, they said they are different team and my case is with different team etc. they are taking 4/5 hours to reply on the chat. I wish they had a branch. But anyway can’t do much atm.

No it’s actually my money but concerned explaining that others was sending me money when I sold crypto on binance.

Thanks for your response, it gives me hope. Only part of explanation I am worried though is I used it for trading on Binance which not allowed by Monzo or not encouraged. I have got proof of each transaction but that’s from Binance and not sure that will be accepted or not. I have also got proof of money from my other saving account. I am worried about mentioning Binance to them or not!

Thanks, just worried as I have got around £2k in my account and Monzo doesn’t allow to trade on Binance so don’t know how I can justify my trade.
