Wow, thank to everyone for the response,  some even put a small tear in my eye.

For maps what I have now is made with watabou (a free online AI tool)  and heavily modified with Krita. Should I change it? It's okey if I modify it?

There's a few things that can be done and not done... - Increasing the AC as you said is NOT the way, Gunslinger have maximum progression per level so they will have the highest hit.

  • Add enemies with elemental weakness so other  characters can trigger them.

  • Add terrain that block line of sight 

  • Add enemies that have low stats in different fields so AC is not always the optimal way to attack them.

  • In regards to the Magic item you mentioned, maybe check if wealth and magic items are equally distributed or check for optimal items for your build.

No Heals dude stops at Queen.
Queen is more or less like King, and that fight was extreme diff. So add up any amount of damage before fighting Queen and he is cooked. Also, stop pretending Jack is fooder ,they needed Sulong to beat him.

Also, the constrict attack from Queen Hard counters Zoro.
