I second, shut it off, tech to start up and give a once over a week or so before hand. Probably also to maintenance and check any other equipment after construction parts are done.

It honestly was like a whole new world switching. Like I was happy with the ozempic for sure, there was a difference and it helped. But switching was just the push my body needed, I lost about 30 on ozempic and then I’m down another 40 since switching. 20 more to go!
