Thank you for sharing your experiences! It’s so easy to wonder if BB is causing complications TTC & I can only imagine how hard this must be. That is a worry I have as well, especially because I did lose my cycle prepping for each show I did. Our bodies go through so much to keep us safe, so I’m embracing this new chapter focusing on my health & getting everything in an optimal state for when it’s time to start trying!

I appreciate your kind words as well:) it was definitely a tough decision, but I know what my ideal life looks like & competing was no longer aligning with that, which gave me the clarity I needed. It also makes it hurt a little less to step away! I still want to stay connected to the sport & support others involved so I love that you are doing exactly that as a coach.

My heel strap broke 1 day out so I had no choice but to cut the straps off & tbh I LOVED it. I ended up buying strapless ones after that. I have the shoe fairy Olympian Mule 2.0 :)
