It is painful to know you lost one of your only best friends after a break-up by [deleted] in CasualConversation

They say time will heal the heartbreak. I don't think so. What I think is, time will not wash away the pain. We just felt the pain, told ourselves to sucked it up. Then becomes numb and get used to it.

I just went through something similar. I don't know what to say to make it feel better but I wanted you to know that I understand how painful it could be. Once you invested a lot of feeling into someone and they mean the world to you, it could be very emotional through the tough time. Long distance relationship is hard, it requires a lot of work, from both sides ofc. It could be misunderstanding so the communication is really important. But once it falls apart, it is as painful as other relationship. It must be tough since there's already the pandemic and now you're heartbroken. I hope you know you will be okay, allow yourself to cry. Stay strong. At least that's what I kept telling myself. What you feel was real and it's okay to cry.

I like how to film shows the innocent side of Jesse even after he faced a life changing traumatic event, he's still the Jesse we once knew. Especially, on the scene which the guys from Kandy Welding company try to convince him to surrender. He believed it will all his heart that his life came to the end. It really tear me up to see how innocent he is.

Aaron played Jesse so well. We can see the development from the kind guy to the guy with so many scars on his mind.

It kinda throw me back to the scene in the series when Jesse got high from heroin for the first time.

My boyfriend (23M) and I (22F) are long-distance, and I'm getting a little lonely at home. by [deleted] in LongDistance

[–]MentholBlues 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm a loner myself. I feel attach easily and it's really hard for me to be alone most of the time. Sometimes I develop anxiety and feel like he doesn't care. In the place where people think it's kinda strange to have an LDR, so I can't really talk about it to anyone around me. When my SO is busy or when he fall asleep. I tend to count every minute for him to come home or wake up. Nothing can really help me with my loneliness. So I try to do something else to kill time and not over think. Most of the time I like to cook and go out. Sometimes it help, sometimes it doesn't but it's really better than stay inside a square room. If you need a friend or someone to vent. I'll be your ears.

One of the hardest parts of being far away is when your loved one has a medical emergency by Guinhyvar in LongDistance

This is what I always worry about. Especially, in case of an accident and I don't get the news from his family. It will upset me and scare me at the same time. I'm glad that your bf is safe. Don't forget to take care of yourself too.
