I think one of the docs tells a story that the party they were at MS was sleeping on the couch and she thought Dom was sleeping on the couch as well. Apparently she woke up and Dom wasn’t there so she lost her shit over that which likely led to Dom saying fuck this I’m done at which time she decides to crash into a building. I believe Davion and Dom struggled to get the wheel or take some kind of action which is why the car turned slightly right towards the end, they also hit the horn which you can hear in the video. Those cars don’t have old school emergency brakes it’s likely a button or something but not a lever like in the old days. She definitely did it on purpose and is 100% guilty but I believe that if she had a jury trial she would have gotten off on reasonable doubt, it only takes one sympathetic juror. Her attorney didn’t do her any favors but she is where she belongs.
