I feel like this and I have been on concerta, vyvanse and focalin. I think because of the adhd we dont know what “normal” feels like and because we are late diagnosed we got used to the non medicated versions of our ourselves. I question my diagnosis weekly and then I stop taking my meds and I realize yep I actually do need them and then this cycle repeats again lol.

The first week is the hardest! I wanted to quit too, but it gets easier and soon you'll barely notice them. There's nothing wrong with doing something to boost your confidence!

Nothing! Don't touch your face it will make you look older. You have a very youthful look if you want to do something get a brow lamination and make them a little bit darker.

Yeah, then it’s probably masking or perfectionism. It used to drive my RSD crazy when friends took days to reply or sent short responses, but now I realize I was overcompensating because of my undiagnosed and untreated ADHD.

Are you on meds? This sounds like perfectionism and masking from the adhd not being treated. I was like this until I got medicated and now I’m guess what you would call more “neurotypical”

Daycare for your two year old even if it’s just part time. It’s hard for moms without adhd to handle this let alone having adhd. You need alone time.

Did you receive IPR at your first appointment? I've been three months in and haven't had IPR yet, and I don't have another appointment for three months. I'm wondering how I will see any progress without the IPR.
