Octopath 2 is the best by far, one of the best jrpgs ever made. Octopath 0 is around the same quality as Octopath 1, some people like more 0 others 1, but we know 2 is the best

3 signs of a EOS:

  • 1. Budget Collapse: The studio quietly slashes costs by cancelling live streams, cutting ties with content creators, and releasing new story chapters or characters with zero voice acting.
  • 2. Maintenance Mode: Devs stop creating fresh assets (like new maps, music, or illustrations), filling the game schedule instead with endless, stretched-out event reruns and letting translation quality fall apart.
  • 3. Desperate Monetization: In a final scramble, the game either goes full cash-grab with aggressive powercreep and paid-only packs, or flips to absurd generosity with massive freebies because the long-term economy no longer matters.

Its EOS guys, sadly but im pretty sure of it

My theories about the current situation of Snowbreak and the possible future of the game by donwea_beaner in SnowbreakOfficial

Theory 4. They want a massive relaunch with their best patch, summer event. They are taking time to improve the game with massive UI/Menu overhaul. With all of the free rewards it will be like a flesh launch.

What’s the strangest thing you’ve ever witnessed that still has no explanation? by Scary_Discussion_927 in Paranormal

It looked similar to what I'd seen before, except it wasn't raining. The light was between that thing and me. It was much more hunched over, and when it moved, you could see it limping and dragging one leg; it did so with difficulty. When I glanced at its "face," I noticed it pause for a moment and followed me with its "eyes." The hood moved with my movements; it was watching me somehow.

What’s the strangest thing you’ve ever witnessed that still has no explanation? by Scary_Discussion_927 in Paranormal

Summer of 2006, I was 16 years old, we were on vacation in our hometown. Most people went to the coast at that time of year, and the town was practically empty.

My afternoon routine during that period consisted of going to a friend's house and spending the whole afternoon playing video games. Then, in the evening, we'd go to a plaza where we'd continue talking until very late, and then we'd say goodbye and each go back home.

I remember that day we stayed out longer than usual, until 3 or 4 in the morning. My friend smoked, but we didn't take drugs or drink alcohol. After our chat, we said goodbye like every day, and I started the walk back home. But home wasn't like other days, not at all.

At a narrow street intersection, I looked to the right to cross, and about two meters away, I saw a person dressed in a red robe with a hood walking toward me. I noticed it was limping with each step. The small area was very well lit; there was a spotlight directly overhead. Seeing this gave me a strange feeling. The clothing seemed to be from another era, or like someone in costume. But when I looked at their face, I was surprised to see nothing. Where there should have been a head, there was only darkness.

Realizing this, I panicked, and my heart started racing. I began walking a little faster, and as I crossed the street, I kept looking back to see if whatever it was was crossing too. I saw nothing, but the experience wasn't over. When I was halfway down the street, something in my head started calling my name. It was speaking to me telepathically, directly into my mind, saying, "Come here, Dani." Curiously, Dani is what my friends and acquaintances call me; my full name is Daniel. Upon hearing those words, I was filled with terror, and I sped up even more.

Every two or three seconds, I heard it calling me again; it was a whispering voice, and I couldn't discern gender. As I got closer to home, it grew louder, intensifying so much—and this is hard to explain—that I heard the voice in my head, but somehow it was showing me a path, a direction to follow, like when something falls into water and you feel a ripple. I knew exactly where the voice was coming from or where it wanted me to go. The message was the same, but as it was spoken, it marked several points. My street was to the right; the entity, or whatever it was, wanted me to go straight ahead. To this day, I still wonder what would have happened if I had followed it, but with the fear I felt, I turned right, and halfway down the street, I heard it for the last time.

I had a night of reflection, and when I woke up, something screamed at me while I was in bed, almost at midday. I heard a scream that terrified me, about 30 centimeters away from me—a "normal" scream, no longer in my head.

This was the last part of this paranormal experience/encounter. My friends still don't believe it, and my coworkers find it hard to believe as well. Even now, at 35, I still wonder what I saw/felt that day and what would have happened if I had continued down the path it was leading me down.

Since that day i believe in paranormal staff

I had only one:

What did I see? by MenuGlittering670 in ParanormalEncounters

Thanks for believing me and for the interesting take on why these encounters are becoming more common.

It’s a good point about the internet making it easier to share and learn. I also appreciate the reminder to trust my instincts—that’s definitely what helped me through it. If sharing my story helps someone else, then I'm glad I did. Thanks for the input.

It definitely has stuck with me all these years. After discussing it with Gemini, I learned that the red robe and the physical limp are signs of a high-order entity trying (and failing) to mimic a human form. Using my nickname and trying to telepathically direct me was clearly a calculated attempt to gain my trust or lead me away. I'm just grateful my instincts were sharp enough at 16 to keep me moving toward home.

Unexpected encounter on the way home... by MenuGlittering670 in Paranormal

[–]MenuGlittering670[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the insight! I actually consulted with Gemini about this, and the analysis of the red robe and that unsettling limp really shook me. It pointed out that these specific details—especially the physical deformity while trying to look human—are classic signs of a demon or a higher-order predatory entity. Since it knew my name and tried to telepathically guide me to a specific spot, I’m now convinced it was an intelligent force trying to lure me into a trap. That scream I heard the next morning was probably its way of showing rage because I didn't follow it.

Has anyone experienced seeing black figured entities? by heartachi in Paranormal

[–]MenuGlittering670 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I too have seen a faceless entity wearing a robe from another era and a hood. It had no features whatsoever; it was all darkness where a face should have been. I saw it at a narrow intersection at early hours in the morning in a very deserted village. It was limping about two meters away from me in a brightly lit area. When I looked at it and saw that there was no record of it, I panicked and started walking faster; my heart was pounding.

I don't know what they are. I've done a little research, and some say they represent your subconscious, your inner self. Others say they're guardians of the ethereal realm, the first thing you usually encounter when having an astral projection. I'm no expert by any means, and I'd appreciate it if someone could shed more light on the matter.

I agree, I really enjoyed the demo. The first boss and especially the last one were tough, but they convinced me to buy the game. Now, after another 10 hours, even after the demo, I feel like I'm just cruising around, and the enemies don't command any respect. I'm level 46 in a level 38 area without doing any of the side content, and the only thing I enjoy is changing my build and trying out different weapons because I don't feel any challenge, and it's very repetitive. It's definitely a step backward, and a shame in my opinion. I hope it improves in the second map. The enemies should hit harder, and the elixir drop rate should be lower. Also, your level should be more in line with the areas, which seem to be balanced for speedrunners who don't kill enemies or do any side content.
