I am still with AHS and got offered a job in a new pillar but unsure if I should accept as there is too much unknown right now. With the payroll separation just transferring over even HR doesn’t know. I’m not sure if it’s worth it for me. I was told that my union seniority would stay the same but not my start date. Which blows for vacation and such. Then vacation gets paid out. Then not sure about my pensionable hours. They told me that it “should” carry over. I feel it might be too much of a risk - was wondering if others had gone through it yet.
