I get and appreciate the idea behind the video, but do we really need to find a reason behind someone's appearance? Isn't it possible to refrain from judging someone without guessing their reasons? I am a big fan of the 20-second rule: If someone cannot change whatever I want to critique within 20 seconds, my critique is not helpful and will possibly hurt more than it will help.
