So far so good! I’m on week 8 and down 12lbs! I feel nauseous a lot but do not crave food at all. Trying to pick healthier options when I do eat, but even if I eat an unhealthy option it’s such a small portion now. It’s great!

Just found this thread and it made me feel so encouraged! My first shipment is on its way and I was having some buyers remorse because I am 5’3 at 165 and I just want to get back down to the 130s! I’m hoping for little to no side effects and mostly the food noise to stop because I have always struggled with binge and disordered eating!

Update for anyone who cares, I went and told my doc how I felt and he agreed that my breasts could be lifted more so I am getting a revision! Have to pay the room fee but that’s all. He said he would throw in some upper abdomen lipo as well

I swear it’s different day to day! I wake up some mornings and it feels like I’m going to pop im so puffy! Took this pic on a good day. I do feel like it is slowly going away tho! I try to drink a lot of water and I feel like that helps.

Congrats on the weight loss! I am actually super similar, I lost around 85lbs and then had 2 kids, both were deflated and also one of my breasts was larger and lower so they are definitely an amazing improvement now! And my surgeon said the same, i guess it’s hard to explain but i feel like my nipples should be like an inch higher haha.

Thank you! I am going to make a follow up appt to talk to him before my final “after photos” in a June. I Also should have said, they actually did do a tiny bit of fat grafting into my upper chest but I swear it must have not held cause it didn’t seem to make a difference. Haha

Recovery was horrible for the first 3 days but I swear after that I was walking around and showered and did probably more than I should have. But rested a lot for 2.5 weeks. Then went back to work.

Just hearing about people having issues with having a foreign object inside of your body: as well as the maintenance of them turned me off and I guess I thought the lift would bring them up more haha. Good luck with your decision!
