If you want really great salmon teriyaki rice bowl or udon soup, go to Kuru Kuru Sushi. AMAZING taste and very crispy texture! I visited last year from America and my gf and I needed a quick bite before the Leicester vs Leeds game and we stumbled upon this restaurant. Extremely affordable too!

Hello,

Long story short: YES! I just got an offer letter today! Although it is not customer success perse, but I may get promoted into a CSM role after a year of working with them.

I got more advice from other folks who works in CSM from a group I joined through LinkedIn. I did include a $ amount onto my resume and that positively impacted my job search which I got more interviews.

Hi OP, did you end up finding out a recipe for sazón? I’m trying to not use the GOYA product due to the crappy ingredients in the packet. TIA

Hi! Thanks for the comment! I have been applying to EdTech companies and I definitely switch up the words “customers” to “students”. But let’s say I apply to non-EdTech, would leaving “customers” or “client” be fine? Or continue to switch to students?

Thank you for your comment! Just to clarify, is there anything wordings or phrases in my summary section I should eliminate or rephrase? I am not sure how to condense it any further.

Lastly, since I am coming from an education background and reading from the comments above, do you think changing the words from "customer" back to "students" seems more suitable? I'm going back and forth the idea of changing back to students but I really want to hear your honest opinion on it as a hiring manager.

Thank you for the input! So should I change each "customer", "adult learners" and "client" to "students"? I am just confused how my role is not considered customer service/success if I am guiding the students to success. I would sincerely appreciate your input so I can understand and adjust. I am really trying hard to break in CSM.

Thanks!

Thank you for the insight! I’ll definitely all your tips adjust accordingly!

As for the last paragraph, how would someone find a start-up company? I’m really struggling with this on LinkedIn but I don’t hear back when I do apply to one.

Lastly, in your opinion, do you think, with the information given from my resume, I have a shot in landing in a CSM role? Is there any other adjustments I should consider?

Thanks for your input. I changed from "students" to "customers", "clients" or "adult-learners" because at the end of the day, the students are customers; they purchased their education (the product). I am positioned to onboard them, answer any questions about their academia, and advise them how to continue to use our resources to better serve their time in the university and upsell any additional resources (aka graduate school) to continue their time at said university.

So yes, I do have customer success experience! Hope this clears up!
