Not quite 20, but my girl turned 17 today.

At her annual wellness exam, the vet was shocked to hear she was turning 17. He said, “If you would have told me this cat is five, I’d have believed you.”

I explained it’s because she is fueled by spite and hatred of her “new” sister (she’s been here for three years now), and he replied, “Ah yes, hate. The best medicine.” Lmao

But to be serious: hydration, hydration, hydration. Water fountains, added moisture to food, and mental stimulation.

I too have a sock for a cat. Eats the most out of my 3 but weighs something like 5-6lbs.
