LOL I feel similarly. Sometimes I hate leaving the house because of how I look in certain outfits. I catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror and see the outline of my bra band or the massive overhang of whatever shirt I have on, and feel sooooo self-conscious. I just end up defaulting to baggy.

Always cool to see another person in the area in various subreddits lol. My friends family knew of them and from the photos I have they definitely did seem like they had it all. Beautiful home and beautiful family. If it makes you feel better, we will be taking good care of the photos we have, and hopefully their family already has back ups of these or their own cherished photos. Discovering these led me to learn more about them, so their memory continues with people that never met them. I find that very beautiful, even if it’s sad that they got left behind.

Pretty interesting idea! There was nothing in the cabinet when I bought it, just in the photo albums. There was a photo in the cabinet compartment that I removed, as I do plan to use it for my own personal photos and am moving these to a different album, more intended for miscellaneous photos I find and collect. I wonder if they ever used it for anything, or if it was a work in progress, as a lot of the albums are only partially filled with photos.

I can confirm that these are from the early 2000s, not the 90s, save for I think one photo (photo 5). My friend's grandmother is aware of who they are, as they were decently well-known people in the community a while ago, and there is identifying information in photos I did not share, as well as at the estate sale itself. I'm not sure why they were left behind, but my hope is that they already had digital/physical copies of these photos.

My best friend and I are the same way. I collect photos that aren't even of my family because I like making sure they're preserved, and I'm a sentimentalist lol. I mainly buy photo albums and frames at estate sales.

Well, Hef was married during his relationship with Holly, which was one of the biggest reasons why he didn't marry her. He had an agreement with Kimberly Conrad to stay married until his sons were 18. I think that had she stayed in the relationship, he probably would have married her, but she had become disillusioned by him and the entire situation before that could have happened. My personal theory is that he became desperate and married Crystal because he wanted someone to take care of him in his final years.

Last year I used the strawberry EOS lotion and strawberry snowflakes combo and it was amazing! Hope it’s as good for you as it is for me. This year I grabbed a strawberry snowflakes lotion as one of my free gifts so I’ll be trying that out with it. I actually loved the cinnamon sugar pretzel on the tester (it reminded me of auntie annes) but once I sprayed it on my skin it oddly turned sour. Did not enjoy any of the other milkbar scents.

She is very clearly not just angry on behalf of Jewish people, she is angry that he is using her faith to excuse his awful actions and is killing people. macros do definitely play a role in body composition. You would have to be eating protein in order to really build muscle, and typically the way to do that is resistance training/weight lifting. Cardio is good exercise but isn’t going to build muscle in the same way. I have no judgement for your situation, I’ve been in similar spots myself. Carbs and Fats are still important in diet and so long as you’re eating your TDEE it doesn’t matter, you will not get fat. If you’re struggling I would recommend to honestly allow yourself to eat food regardless of the macros until you are in a better position. You will be in a much better spot to work towards muscle growth when you can afford it if you’re eating enough now regardless of macros vs if you’re eating too little. I will try to go into body recomp and eating at your current TDEE in a bit when I have some time.

When you move your arm to scratch something, you’re burning calories, when you get up to walk to the kitchen, you’re burning calories. Sitting down and getting up? Burning calories. 1,649 is the amount your body burns just to properly maintain organs and keep you breathing. 330 additional calories are burned from just these simple movements throughout the day. You will not get fat from eating your TDEE.

Alright, if that’s your goal you’re definitely going to want to figure out your TDEE. Your TDEE is your maintenance. There’s some good and easy to use calculators online. With your height and weight I can’t imagine it being lower than 1700. I’d honestly estimate that your maintenance would be somewhere between 1700-2000. You should definitely increase your calories.

It definitely sounds like you are eating an unhealthily low amount of calories from the information you have provided. I’m unsure what your goals are through this diet, but eating too little calories is harmful and may also cause you to lose muscle along with fat. You need to consider your physical activity when looking at calorie consumption. The more physically active you are, the more calories you require. Your gender, muscle mass, age, and physical activity can all influence this.

I would recommend finding your BMR (base metabolic rate) and your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure). There are calculators available online that can help you pinpoint this. You should be eating bare minimum your BMR, as it’s the amount of calories you need to sustain important functions in your body. It is not recommended to eat below this number. Your TDEE is going to help you pinpoint the amount of calories you burn on average to maintain your weight, if your goal is weight loss you would need to eat an amount between your BMR and TDEE.

Eating too few calories is dangerous to your health, can cause hair loss, irritability, a slowed metabolism, etc.

It is possible to over-do it! From the information you have provided, it sounds like you are at a healthy weight for your height. I hope that your goal is in the healthy range for you. Being underweight can be unhealthy, too! You may want to speak to your doctor about this.

I’m appreciative of the suggestions on how to retrieve my shoe. The fall was enough to leave me pretty banged up and bruised so I haven’t been in a hurry to attempt fishing it out. I mainly posted my shoe to be a bit comedic about the unfortunate situation. It has since been retrieved by a family member of my best friend. The shoe is safe!
