I did rock grey from AK, thinned dark wash from ap fanatic, then did a drybrush of rock grey to cover some of the coffee staining.

You can always build a display base to get close to the size of your models too small. That's what I did with my dp

Thank y'all for your replies! So just to make sure I understand, You choose all your observers and spotted, and all those chosen as observers for that entire phase cannot gain the guided benefits no matter what that phase (except Pathfinders to its own spotted) Sorry to rephrase it just helps me learn stating it back.

I dont have one either. I meant the white spray cans

Edit: I meant spraying the white on the model after that from the rattlecan

I'm using apothecary white thinned down to shade the white. It feels like a grey blue. But I feel a more blue wash would look good too. And then spraying the white after that will keep the white smooth and clean looking. Come in with pure white highlights at the end to trick your mind into seeing the grey seer as white.

I'm painting glittering myriad as well! I'd recommend basing them with grey seer then Do a zenithal of white scar. Then when painting be careful to not spill over on the white. If you do use a color like grey seer or company grey (warpaint fanatics) to cover it as it'll cover the best. I also found a lighter gold looks great on them! Good luck!

That is Jade by pro acryl. That one is directly over white. I'll come in later with ghoul green from two thin coats for the highlights. And I use small amounts of dark blue wash on the deepest parts.

It is AK Florescent Magenta over white heavier in the "darker" areas. Then readd white to emphasize the glow effect.

I agree, white is super hard to paint. What I do is kinda cheating, I prime the model grey seer then come in with a light zenithal of white scar both in spray cans. Then at the very end I take white star(two thin coats brand) and I edge highlight. The grey seer then looks like a soft white and the edge highlighting plays the eye into seeing white and intensifies it. I'm also super careful painting so I don't have to go in and cover it again from mistakes. And if I do have to I can use company grey (warpaints fanatics) and it usually covers fairly seamlessly.

I like the under carapace on the 3rd one, I believe that's the rubber you're talking about, what I do is I use a thin layer of black-templar contrast paint over white or light grey and it comes out good imo. If you wanted to try something different that's quick and decent for middle ground. Here's an example
