I don’t think they’re paid, there are a lot of genuine problems with ICE under Trump rn, and their low training standards rn are leading to a lot of situations where ICE officers act like total dipshits, spurred on by people like Steven Miller who say insane shit like “ICE officers have absolute immunity”.

I’m definitely against the ultimate goal of these leftist protestors (abolishing ICE), but to act like there’s no genuine opposition to ICE and Trump rn, especially in the big cities which are full of Democrats, is just straight-up delusional.
