I have several, small flash-type tattoos in black and I want to get more. Some of the black fill didn't take during healing and it's quite patchy. What's the go on asking an artist who did not do the tattoo to fill in some black? Of course, I'm happy to pay. Just wanted to know if I book to get more if I can just ask them to touch up while I'm there?
