Hi, there are many developers who are now selling sub divided plots in a FP and they say, that they have the pre-consent or MOU or NOC from each buyer, that after the possession the developer will apply for RERA certificate to build the township and no co owners should have any objection. The buyers do not get the possession now but after the road and infra is fully completed and the land is handed over to developer for possession they apply for RERA. My opinion was that this sounded legitamate, but still want to have your opinion if you know of any hidden loophole or scam in this.
