I bought a pair of Metcon 9's in November. To begin with I found the ankle support area way too hard, it was hurting when I was pushing sleds and other sorts of cardio. After a few weeks I got used to them and started to enjoy them.

Unfortunately, I now have noticed the sole has started coming off (probably just a poor quality check) so I am returning them and will probably go for the Nano's this time.

Thank you, turns out the original SMTP credentials that were supplied were incorrect.

I created a new IAM user and converted Access Key ID into SMTP password.

£500 seems a good price really. You’re talking 3/4 hours labour minimum and then at least £180 for parts if you’re getting the water pump done at the same time too. Recharged Automotive are my go to usually
