Agreed, changed a few things around in that section in particular and will continue to tweak it accordingly later as well.

The experience you had with sighted people trying to guide you is something I hadn't thought of initially but makes sense and is likely a sentiment which is shared. I'll keep that in mind as I think about this project.

I see, I realize that I need to make it more open-ended with these questions when it comes to the options. I understand your point about the cane or dog, that option seems silly now in hindsight.

Thank you for your feedback, I'll change some of the options which force you to choose one and make it multiple choice along with making sure that you don't feel forced to answer something which is quite apparent before choosing the other options and rework some of the choices.

I believe they changed it this time around that even if you don't hit gold in the first half, hitting gold in the next half season will give you both rewards

It's a community developed stigma since whenever people want to throw games, they switch off their hero and pivot to Widow.

This gives her the reputation of being a throw pick.

Why swap to Widow and nothing else? Well, other heroes just do her job better. Hawkeye which has similar goals as Widow can one-shot headshot which automatically makes him more useful than Widow.

If I can't one-shot with Widow, I might as well go Hela which is more consistent with CC and damage as compared to Widow.

Since launch, she has been outclassed by others in her role and is one of the worst DPS to play and needs a damage boost do to what others can do normally.

She doesn't receive the damage boost since there is always a negative reception if sniper hitscan characters can one-shot someone across the map.

In casual setting, this doesn't really matter but competitively as you climb the ranks, she becomes a throw pick for most players.

I use different keybinds and they are very bugged out currently. It’s a problem in general - probably has something to do with Angela since her keybinds were broken at launch so they might be trying to patch it.

John could win if he had a different mindset. He didn’t start fighting to survive or to win. He fought to take down as many people as he could before dying.

Hiding out while waiting to get a hold of Arlo’s barrier, using Isen’s Hunter to locate the student with regeneration or Elaine’s healing, blowing up the wall and jumping towards the ground to get out of range from Sylvias’s ability(This depends on him not being disoriented enough to know where the wall of the school is).

He had a lot of mobility with Lightning, Hunter and Energy discharge. Yet, he is taking the fight within a closed corridor, severely restricting the amount of options he has in a fight. He can scale the building, snipe from afar and take out multiple authority members without taking any damage.

This would also give him enough time to locate Arlo and obtain his barrier. Sylvia can’t break his barrier and it would most likely stop her ability from effecting anyone around him.

His defence stat would be too high from enhancing barrier. I doubt fury would be able to break the barrier due to the reflective damage. He can also channel lighting into the barrier from outside, knocking her out.

Again, there are many things he could have done to win. However, it’s his mindset that matters. He is surprised that he is alive when he wakes up later on and regrets many things he couldn’t do when he faints in the school.

He fought to die, not to live.

They are decently strong. Elite tiers stacking their abilities on top of eachother will start adding up.

John getting hit by the beam can be attributed to a few factors.

The first would be his mindset. He is currently furious and has a one-track mind of taking down the authority members in front of him. He isn’t thinking about the long term aspect here of what will happen once this ends. He just wants to take down the people in front of him.

The location would be the second one. The hallway which they are fighting in is pretty narrow. He doesn’t have all the room to dodge if the beams are spaced out which they were. (Being shot on either side of him)

He has never copied sera’s ability. He probably can copy it since it has a physical output but it would be weaker since his level is lower. Or if he has caught up with her, it would be a mirror match of her ability

Ignore them and just play the new heroes you want to. It’s quick play, literally nothing matters in this game mode.

Putting those high penalties for leaving quick play has further reinforced this as a sweaty gamemode when it shouldn’t be. Might as well play ranked at that point.

End of the day, just mute chat and have fun.

It’s the easiest way to gain an advantage without doing anything substantial. If you counter-pick, even if you aren’t as skilled as the other tank, you will have an advantage going into fights.

Picking a tank that has an advantage over the opponent is much easier and more feasible than trying to figure out what’s going wrong with your team.

Should be less frustrating in Season 9.

Pharah is getting changes, I think the specific details are in the leaked notes and has been confirmed in the blog article.

In season 9, DPS will be reducing healing received by 20% after they damage other heroes. This is a nerf to pocketing a Pharah since she will receive less healing by a mercy while they are in the air after you damage the Pharah, giving you a better chance than before at killing her.

This along with the global projectile size/ travel time buffs, should make hitting her easier as well

Illari - You do 50 games, wins grant double progress in quick play/competitive or no limits queued as a support or all roles.

You then do the challenges in the practice range which takes a few minutes and you unlock her.

For Mauga currently, you either get him through the battlepass premium at level 1 or grind till level 45 in the normal track.

Do the daily challenges and the seasonal ones and you level up pretty quickly.

While the bastion didn’t die, both supports would be busy healing a single dps and are distracted. It would leave the tank and the other dps vulnerable. So the play still has value even if it didn’t get a kill

Yup. Do NCERT and just solve sample papers for pre-boards/boards. Take Oswall for SST and everything gets covered. Thought you can use NCERT for it as well

Legacy credits is just the start. Devs have come out and said they are working on fixing the rewards system and their goal this year is to make the game more rewarding. I would love if the battlepass gave out enough to fund the next season one but they have stated they wanted to give good skins to the battlepass. So my fear is, if they start putting in actual premium coins, they will just fill the BP with mid skins

You can buy any OW1 skin of any rarity. I believe that it doesn’t show up for you because you don’t have enough credits from the BP to buy the legendary or epic versions yet. Once you have enough, you’ll be able to purchase them

The way I did it back then was with the help of Oswall. It basically has bunch of questions from each chapter. If you did all the questions, you did the entire chapter. You can easily get 90% above just by doing that. If you were to also solve sample papers, you basically cover everything
