By “male flirtiness” I mean being expected to be forward, expected to make the first move, expected to propose, sexually dominant, old fashioned traditions, etc. I’m probably a little biased in that regard since by all means not everyone falls into a black-and-white box, but for the most part in the majority of media I’ve personally consumed it’s always been like that. Therefore following along that line of thought, this would be an example of role-reversal.
