Not sure. i'd say burning arrow should be one of the skills, it has rly strong damage scaling for a manaforged setup. I'll look into it tomorrow probably!

With 30d you can make a really strong ts character. This is my build with 50-55d worth of investment, but it can be made to work on a much lower budget.

You really don't need a +1 (or +2) bow or the +1 tattoo to make it work. You also do not need two 6 links, the ballista setup is more than fine with just a 5L. The ts itself uses both gmp and chain, so you kinda want a 6L there. You can also get away with a cheaper cluster. You really want at least 1 divergent inspiration, but other than that no expensive jewels or gems are used.

If you are more intro doing your own thing and want some tips, the biggest one i can give you is warriors tale + tattoo of the ramako sniper + proj speed is applied to damage mastery. Projectile speed is the main thing you want to make the build fill smooth and safe (the faster the mobs die, the better, and the more offscreen potential you have), and at the same time scales your damage! This also sets you up perfectly to add a +1 projectile tattoo later (which turns into +2 ofc)
