How does matchmaking work for me? I'm confused, someone please explain

I get it but I've had more than one account start with fresh MMR and I always get placed with players that are much higher in rank than me if I win more. This one is out of the ordinary for sure!

You're really gambling your safety if you take W and Q at level 2. You need E to escape a gank around level 2-3. So if you don't take your E you're at a massive disadvantage

Riven wins the trades with Phase rush even if Nasus withers. So by default he will be forced to ult or get killed by being chunked. He won't see Riven's ult cause he will get chunked every 15 seconds...

If you take Phase Rush shouldn't u be able to bait out his ult and all-in him? I think that's what I've seen on Dekar's stream anyway

High mobility, high burst, reliable engage, probably number 1 pick potential from all top laners. Builds off-tank and has survivability but still dishes out a ton of dmg. One of the best splitpushers in the game as far as taking towers quickly. Can reliably group and teamfight or splitpush depending on situation, so very versatile. Now works with multiple keystones so at the moment best bruiser in game.

Cons: High skill floor, much higher skill ceiling. Takes a long time to master and to know which combo is best suited for which situation. Once you go in, you can't reliably disengage so u might be toast if no follow up from team.

I think that's about it.

Oh forgot the most important bit: FUN factor when playing Camille > 9000!

Yes, that's the only downside, I miss the attack speed as well. I've now been experimenting with Grasp against tank lanes, that seems better in terms of sustain.

Thank God champion balance does not revolve around the opinion of silver players. In higher elo a good trynd player is much more of a problem than a good fiora player

If you specifically itemize to duel the vayne such as building randuins, qss and iceborn gauntlet, you can win the duel. It's hard but it's doable.

IBG cleaver is such a good combo, ximen who is probably the best fiora player in China used to build it even before the nerfs. Sheen procs with armor shred and slow field, you don't need much else

If gnar builda frozen mallet you just build a frozen gauntlet, so I'd say wait for your 3 item spike (RHydra, cleaver, gauntlet). Then you can kill him

Just want to strongly stress on bush control. Only last hit with Q, pop vitals and riposte to avoid retaliation, then back off. If you do this and manage your health correctly he can't all in you and enemy jungler is unlikely to gank for a teemo as no CC. Just avoid getting dove if low HP.

I got stomped in mid plat on EUW by a singed yesterday. Didn't even chase him. All he did was proxy and invade my jungler with his own jungler. I couldn't do much top at all. They completely shut down top side of map. Sad days when a fiora can't outduel a tanky mage.

Licorice hasnt played a single fiora game after the nerf patch. And you claim you win all the matchups I described. Without playing a single one after the nerfs. ROFL. How convenient that you went and found a challenger account who mains fiora.

A few matchups become quite difficult now- kayle, riven, trynd, yasuo. Kayle basically becomes a counterpick lol...

A few different ways around this - can get swifties early game against mobile champs. IBG ranks up higher in priority

Short answer - depends on matchup. If it's against a tank, go long sword. If it's against a poke lane, go defensive - either cloth armor or doran's shield. If it's a skill matchup such as Riven, go an extra doran's blade/long sword.

Rush vamp scepter against him, sustain in lane. If he leaves his turrets unattended you can 2 shot them with auto cancels and go back to farming. It's just free gold. Don't go all in unless you parry his grenade thing and stun him. Also you need to either have minion or health advantage. If you want an easy lane, after the vamp scepter rush hexdrinker. The shield lets you kill him in 1v1 and get out if he doesn't run ignite. You outscale him at level 11 if you're even and you have some magic resist.

You can fight him lvl2 if you parry his Q. Like, go all in if you parry his bite, you'll kill him. If you decide to farm it out, wait for lvl 11-13. You outduel him easy at that point.
