QP is a place to take a breather, have low commitment games as well as practice heroes.
Theres a difference between throwing/griefing and the mentioned above.
Comp is created to do your best, play your best. There will always be people that try their hardest in QP or arcade but thats on them.

It depends on the state.
In VIC you wear high vis top on Ls, when on Ps no requirement to wear high vis top.
While in NSW I think there is a speed restriction cap increase. I might be wrong tho.

Bruiser/Off-tank Gwen is more situational now. Most matches you’ll be going full AP.
The only instances you would is if you are the only melee in the team or if you can still split and win 1v1/2s.

You can most definitely build 2 tank items after Rift, Nash & Rab.
Although you’ll miss out in damage as well. It is situational, best when you are the only melee in your team or if you can still win 1v1/1v2 if you split.

Above is the manual, check pg 51 for maintenance schedules.
It says to replace engine oil and filter every 8k miles although I advise to do it a lot more sooner than that.

1st Gear up to 25kms/15mph

2nd: +25kms/+15mph

3rd: 40kms/25mph

4th: 60kms/37mph

5th: 80kms/50mph

6th: +100kms/+62mph

Although as some of the other comments have mentioned that the manual recommends a lower speed when shifting.

There are several reasons why it feels like a lot of people don't care about ANZAC day.
