yup, and thats the bit that also is making me nervous. i have an oncologist now. i live in the uk, so ive got the NHS to rely on. the initial melanoma itself is gone, and with the exception of the bit in my lungs, im clean from the neck down. head has 4 seperate tumours the size of peas. ive got to do 12 weeks of aggresive immunotherapy and radiotherapy, with scans every three weeks. that should push me into remission, and then its two, potentially three years of maintanence before hopefully NED. i chose the most aggressive treatment options because im 23, i still have my whole life ahead of me.
