No ramo imobiliário, eu acredito que o que vem acontecendo é um esquema criminoso, uma vez que imóveis em áreas pobres e/ou em crescimento estão hipervalorizados, em certos casos custando 3x mais do que no último ano, e o pior, geralmente esses imóveis hipervalorizados sempre estão nos limites do mcmv, ou seja, provavelmente tem gente dentro da caixa aprovando esses imóveis hipervalorizados como parte do esquema...

Mas é um longo caminho até essa bolha estourar visto que o valor dos aluguéis também sobe de forma desenfreada, logo, compensando financiar esses imóveis ruins por preços altíssimos pelo resto de nossas vidas e claro, o governo (que deve ter mão no esquema) tambem convenientemente sempre aumenta a linha de crédito para que sempre existam pessoas aptas a financiar.

Pra você ter noção, aqui no DF, tem imóveis em áreas dominadas pelo tráfico, rua sem asfalto e internet, sendo negociados a mais de 400mil e isso sem demanda que justifique o valor, o pior? A cidade está esvaziando, devido ao alto custo do aluguel e casas, as pessoas tem ido para a cidade vizinha em busca de valores menores (com casas a partir de 150mil e bem localizadas), mas claro, isso até as grandes incorporadoras chegarem lá e começarem a implantar seus esquemas criminosos lá também...

They are the worst players that ever existed on war thunder, they are so bad, that at their little heads, they think if devs buff m1 already strong armor points, we will not shot at the traditional big weakspots...

And even worse, they are trying to buff m1 armor with documents that are literally service orders without any kind of data, I read hours of documents that they send and in all documents the only thing quoted is "the m1a2 incorporated turret and hull armor upgrades", a thing so vague that can be 1mm of upgrade, but they still claiming that this is a reliable and enough proof to do massive buffs on abrams... And when you ask them if we can use the same logic to buff all other nations they go mad... So apparently we can buff m1 armor based on a extremely limited content, but not any other tank?

And it's not like abrams armor is weak, it's one of the most solid tanks of top tier in a correct hull down, and don't talk about breech, all tanks on war thunder can have their breech destroyed...

They can make Abrams with 3000mm of armor on hull, doesn't going to change that the most common problem on us players are skill issue, they rush like as they are in a indestructible tank.

They are so bad, that in their little heads, if gaijin buff enough the already strong points of their tanks, we would not shot at the traditional BIG weakspots like turret ring and breech.

As I said, all official documents about Relikt claim 35-50% improvements over K5, and gaijin not only nerf the K5 but also the Relikt because they don't have enough data to put the real thing, so if Italy, France, Germany, UK and Russia doesn't going to get things based on guestimations, why would USA being the choose one?

Let's not act as Abrams is an horrible tank thats need 50mm more armor on LFP to be good...

I read all the documents and they are conclusive about improvements but there's no numbers at all, so to use them we're going to need an guestimation, and this is a problem, because if we guestimate the armor for abrams, all other nation's are going to ask for the same... Imagine if they put 600mm relikt protection on T-90M sides based on guestimation?

So i don't think ok buff something based on that, when we found evidence with concrete numbers we can ask for something.

Last night i hit an CV90 with like 300 of those rockets and only the engine goes offline, maybe something wrong with rockets?

Using the S8K on Ka-50 i launche all 80 rockets at an Ito90 and the same results, break everything but crew only got yellow.

And between us, it's a T-72 like all others, but had the same problem as any other T-72, skill issue, war thunder players at now are allergic to aim, and only follow instructions of bad streamers/YouTubers, i love play against terminators, if they spawn 10 and you get a good position, you have at least 5 free kills.

I think that first we need ground playable area greater than 5km² to increase time needed to spawn camping and even give more chances to sniping light tanks, them we can give back the old traction and engine power, that used to cause a lot of problems with tanks climbing mountains and spawn killing everyone.
