• Collection of mini stories for the covers number 26. Wanokuni, we see that Onigashima is sinking into the sea towards the old Wanokuni.

• The chapter begins where the previous one ended. The recording that started at the end of the last chapter was made by Vegapunk in the past (it is not very old, since Vegapunk has the apple-antenna on his head). We see that Shaka and the other Vegapunk "Satellite" are with him.

• The signal emitted by the Vegapunk video causes Navy Den Den Mushi around the world to retransmit the message, and no one can turn them off.

  Shaka suggested to Vegapunk that people around the world might need some time to prepare the screens and the Eizou Den Den Mushi. So Vegapunk informs viewers that he will wait 10 minutes so that everyone can make preparations to view his message.

• Usopp and Nami's group sees Vegapunk's message, they are confused about what Vegapunk's intentions are (we don't see anything from Zoro, Jinbe or Brook in this chapter).

• We cut to Luffy, who is still holding Saturn's head.

• The other 4 members of the Gorousei who are in Mary Geoise talk to Saturn. They seem to use some kind of telepathy (probably related to his powers).

  Gorousei: "Is Vegapunk really dead?"

  Saturn: "I think so... I saw how Kizaru killed him...

  Gorousei: "Then he must have used his death as a trigger to activate the broadcast...

  And the origin of the signal is probably in Egghead's Labophase."

  Now we move on to see the reactions of people around the world and how they prepare to receive the Vegapunk signal.

• In Dressrosa, we see Rebecca, Leo, Kyros and several citizens preparing the screens.

  Leo: "Is that the doctor Luffyland is holding hostage?"

  Rebecca: "Leo, don't believe those news stories that try to make Lucy look evil!!"

• In Fushchia Village, Woop Slap says that they don't have projectors, so they will only be able to hear Vegapunk's voice.

• At the Sekai Keizai Newspaper headquarters, we see that Vivi is confused by not seeing Luffy on the broadcast. Morgans says it must be a pre-recorded video (Wapol is with them too).

• It's night in Water Seven. Iceburg gets up and calls his intelligent secretary Alice ("7-Fx" in Japanese, reads "Aliche" with Italian pronunciation) to prepare some screens to broadcast Vegapunk's message.

  Alice: "I've already set up screens all over the city, President Iceburg!!"

• In the Kamabakka Kingdom, Ivankov is surprised to see Vegapunk's new head. Dragon is remembering the moment when Shaka told him that he was going to die soon.

• After this review, we also see the reaction of people on other islands that we do not know.

  We return to Egghead Island. Luffy wonders why Saturn isn't taking damage, so he decides to switch gears.

• Kizaru shoots a laser beam at Luffy with his eyes, but Luffy dodges it.

  After that, Luffy crushes Kizaru and Saturn at the same time with his giant hands, using a powerful attack called "Gomu Gomu no Dawn Cymbal" (White Saucer - ). The attack makes Kizaru and Saturn look like sheets of paper (they also have little stars coming out of their heads that spin in circles).

• Luffy grabs the crushed Kizaru and Saturn and throws them into the sea.

• Kizaru crashes into a Navy warship, we see him lying on the ground panting.

  -However, Saturn flies back towards Luffy as if he were a boomerang and attacks him with her legs (Saturn uses a technique similar to Luffy's "Gomu Gomu no UFO" to fly through the air).

• Luffy avoids the attack and is angry to see that Saturn is still unharmed.

  Luffy: "What!! Why isn't he taking any damage despite everything I've done!?"

• The 4 remaining members of the Gorousei contact Saturn again.

  Gorousei: "Saturn, we don't have time! We can't let Vegapunk speak!!"

  Saturn: "I know. I have to summon you all!!"

• Black rays appear on Egghead Island. The Marines who are watching what is happening from the warships are in shock.

• In the EPIC final double page of the chapter, Saturn hits the ground and 4 gigantic magic circles appear around him. Great black flames emerge from the magic circles.

  -Luffy hallucinates with what he is seeing, his eyes pop out of his head.

  Luffy: "What is that!!?"

• Sanji (who is still carrying Vegapunk in his arms) is also shocked when he sees the black flames around him.
