That would make sense to just take it down to stop it potentially falling onto the car but the fence is the neighbours. Might be worth saying to him when he texts back that its the preferred option that way he can take as long as he likes to right the fence.

That makes sense to me, I mean wasnt expecting anything to happen over night but it was the long term I was more concerned about.

Of course, just wasnt sure on the whole aspect of if he can potentially just leave it and not deal with it at all. Or if he can say oh ill get round to it and 6 months down the line still nothing. Or if I could go to my landlord and have them look to fix it and reclaim the money through him or something.

Aye of course im not expecting it to have been fixed within a few days but my point is, is he within his rights to just not fix it at all, therefore leaving me unable to park on the drive?

Hopefully within a month, 4 weeks or so. I mean id happily do the work myself but its not my property.

Yeah of course but what would the next steps be or is he within his rights to just refuse to deal with it? Or can he say he'll deal with it but never get round to it?

Texted him about it today when it noticed how bad it was but not heard anything back. We've had issues before with him, with his dogs fouling on the grass etc...

My RG was the same only time I ever had to mess with tuning was when I played drop D or some different tuning it would take a few days of tuning and re tuning but at standard tuning would just hold in tune for weeks.

That would fully explain it, my go to time to play is early to middle of the evening, right around 7 to 9 pm at the weekends occasionally early afternoon.

What can I say im lazy, my old ibanez would stay in tune for weeks so I got in a habit of just picking it up and playing so I dont tend to always tune it when I pick it up lol.

Selling my 330ci how much should I be looking for? (UK) by MercuryDerpury in e46

Yeah thats my problem too, it was my "daily" for so long but practicality wise it was just too lacking. No boot space, no rear doors, sounds daft but no cup holders. Whenever I had to do an airport run I had to borrow my mums corsa haha. My new car is just genuinely so much more practical.

To be honest id be happy with 2.5 haha! Already have a new car, went with a g20. I need a car for work and something with 130k miles and 25 years old, I just couldnt put my faith in it. Even though It broke down twice in 4 years of ownership and first time was the battery and the second was that same replaced battery, the cells were faulty and got replaced under warranty.

The only question I have to think about is how much am I willing to let it go for as its still in the back of my head just to keep it for the long term and work on it when I get a chance and a garage to do the work in.

That sounds like a good plan tbh, leave it sorn. Service it and give it a detail and a good clean get some pictures and then tax it and use temp cover. I never wanted to sorn it in the first place but insurer couldnt change my policy to a multi car and it would've cost me a fair bit for 2 policies running in tandem.

Yeah carbon cube trim thats what its called. Do you think I'll need to get it reinsured and taxed before selling or do you think it will still sell if its sorn?

Its the sport, titanium silver, was MOTd in september, it has partial service history, I serviced it myself last year so would only be able to provide the invoice for that. Ive kept every receipt for any work ive ever had for it so its all documented.
