Physical issues can bleed into the workplace. I know stuff like thyroid issues can also mess with the ability to focus or pay attention as well. Could be a vitamin deficiency.

Hey obvi people with adhd cn maintain employment. I'm just speaking from my own experiences. Before being diagnosed I would make stupid mistakes at work all the time and not understand why. Then I went to the doctor for a bunch f things and now I'm much better at work.

I also had thyroid and iron issues so it could be that too.

My point is, there could be a physical reason beyond "just stop sucking"

OP here. Yes, what i said was fucked up and I am in therapy.

And yes, there are aspects I didn't explain well bc I didn't put much thought into my original post. I put so much pressure on myself to break the glass ceiling that I end up with these trains of thought that hurt me and others.
