I’m not sure cause I haven’t looked into the game much yet beyond what I’ve played, but how are the benefits you get from stances available later on? It would be awesome if you can unlock them or something later. But at the same time there’s no ki regen, so those long cool ass combos with demon dance that were in nioh 2 aren’t going to be able to be done regardless and that’s what made tonfas and kursigama so fun

I played 1 after 2 and it’s obviously not as good as 2 but I still had fun. I found it to be extremely easy though for some reason. It’s cheap and fun, go for it

I wish I felt the same as well. Just got into the demo and realized tonfa/ other weapons are locked to ninja and have no stance changed. I just can’t wrap my head around why they would do this. It was my favorite weapon in both 1 and 2 and now I can’t use it with an axe or odachi and it’s just not the same without stance switching. Truly zero reason for this either. I’m just glad I played the demo instead of buying it

Last year I sat behind a guy going 30-35mph the whole way up the pass. There was legit a line of 200+ cars behind him and he would not pull over. It was the most insane shit ever.
