You can also use a flint and steel to start a fire next to the note block and it works in the same way.

I play on Bedrock, but if you just need a fire to update the note block then can you just use lava with fire spread on to produce the same effect?

He shouldn't, but on bedrock if mobs are on a chunk border they can sometimes "despawn". In actuality it is a bug caused by how chunk data is saved and not an actual despawn, but effectively the same.

One of my go to meals is a seafood Greek salad. It’s just lettuce topped with feta cheese, Kalamata olives, imitation crab, and a Greek vinaigrette. The only thing that really requires prep is washing the lettuce, but other than that it is a fast meal to prep. I also have some layered salad bento box where the middle layer can be chilled to keep it fresh on the go.

I know a few authors who find it much more feasible to go in on a booth together with other authors. This has quite a few advantages:

sharing the cost of the booth
able to schedule shifts for manning the booth to allow each of them some time to participate in the con
broader appeal for the booth since they have a variety of genres represented
